NCA TRAINING COURSES
These course listings are the result of Northumberland Care Alliance and Northumberland Care Trust Staff Development Unit, working in partnership to offer you the most comprehensive range of training available in Northumberland.
We have extended the range of courses and services on offer as well as listening carefully to our customer's suggestions and have responded by making a number of improvements and incorporated courses you identified to meet your workforce development needs.
The NCA office is standing-by to receive your training course applications by post or on-line. We look forward to working with you in the forthcoming year.
How we alocate your training places All applications received by or on the closing date are considered. We then spread the training out across as many organisations as possible to give everyone a fair chance of training.
How many places should I apply for? We would encourage you to apply for the total number of places that you require. This really helps us when planning further training and when bidding for more money.
Cancellations We actively encourage you to replace a cancellation with another member of your own staff where practical. Please notify NCA of the name changes even if it is after the training has take place. If you are unable to replace a cancellation, please inform NCA as soon as possible as most courses run a reserve list and with notice we are usually able to fill the space.
Learning Needs / Disability Discrimination Act 1995 / Dietary Requirements If any applicants are in need of any additional support, please contact us in confidence to discuss your requirements. Please contact Deborah Brown at the NCA offices if you require any further information in regard to the booking of these courses.
