extension of key skills in apprenticeships
Hot off the press today is the news that the National Apprenticeship Services (NAS) has confirmed there will be a further extension to the transitional arrangements that allow apprenticeship learners to continue registering for Key skills instead of Functional Skills. This extension (until 30 September 2012) means that you have the choice as to whether your apprentiship learner is registered for Key Skills or Function Skills.
