In order for NCA to fully interact with you we ask that you become a member. Free membership gives you the added benefits of:

- Invitation to events
- Impartial information, advice and guidance on training opportunities across Northumberland
- Signposting to opportunities and services
- An opportunity to engage agencies involved with the Government Skills Agenda
You can become a member if you are a provider of Health and Adult Social Care Services to the people of Northumberland. The benefits of becoming a member of NCA are:
- Full details on our membership scheme and the benefits that membership attracts
- We will provide impartial information, advice and guidance on training opportunities across the county of Northumberland
- Access to a range of quality assured/accredited training courses delivered locally
- We will support and be responsive to an employer-led steering committee
- Represent the employers voice with agencies involved with the Government Skills Agenda
- To respond to your feedback and strive towards continuous improvement
- We will use our best endeavours to maximise funding opportunities for the private, voluntary and independent care sector
NCA has a Customer Charter outlining our way of doing business and what we expect from our members.
Membership is free and to become a member we would ask you to read NCA’s customer charter and fully complete a Partnership Form and send it to us at NCA. Once we have processed your form we will confirm membership to you.
