Course Overview:

Northumberland Care Trust in partnership with the Open University is providing a one day workshop for practitioners in Northumberland Care Trust and partner agencies, focusing on written communication. The legal and policy contexts will be explored and opportunities will be provided to examine the knowledge, skills and values which combine to make competent practice in written communication. This event will enable you to review your own practices and share new ways of working with colleagues from the regional care sector.

To reflect upon the knowledge, skills and values present in good written communication
