This intense 3 day course will identify the skills needed to train and give candidates the knowledge, understanding and ability to apply that learning. The experience should increase their effectiveness, achievement, and stimulate new ideas. Candidates will deliver a short presentation on day 3.This course is accredited with the ILM.
